Her name is left off of the Contributors chapter.In the Chuck Palahniuk novel 'Rant' what happens to the character of Echo Lawrence?
I was wondering the same thing. I'm guessing that Rant made her immortal and was erased from history. Didn't he write that something like that would happen to Waxman?
