It actually gave me a headache listening to him.





Seriously,should anyone that delusional be in charge of an entire Country?

English Composition designs are not the structure of expression in other cultures and languages. It's a field of artistic science. If you wish to interpret methods of communication in other lands, best recommendation is not to force outsiders to speak your language - you'll never get it that way.





It's no coincidence that Qadhafi refuses to speak English in many cases.
The best to come out of Qaddafi's speech was when he claimed that the H1N1 virus was a bio engineered weapon.





I wish I had the balls to call them out like that on a world stage, even knowing that it would get no news coverage.
He wore out 2 interpreters, both of whom had trouble translating his incoherent ranting for an hour and a half. He had no idea what he was saying, imagine the interpreters trying to follow and translate at the same time! He's mad!
His interpreter actually did stutter and stammer more than Obama, or even Robert Gibbs does, which is quite a feat in and of itself. Can we just shoot them both? :D
His speech remind me of our republicans - hateful, ignorant, arrogant , stupid, delusional and incoherant....LOL
He had a couple of points to make, but I don't know why he ranted. I found myself agreeing with him on a couple of points:





the UN doesn't follow it's own charter or preamble


the UN should move every 50 years
His interpreter tried his best to keep up; and in fact, he had to be replaced halfway through the speech.
The only thing coherent about him is the fact that his personal bodyguards are all women.
