If someone just copy/pastes all the condemning bible text they can find, is that considered a rant violation?

Or do people use the book's words instead of their own to try to get around it?If someone just copy/pastes all the condemning bible text they can find, is that considered a rant violation?
It would all depend upon the context of the question and of the verses pasted.

If someone asks a question about God and sin and a person addresses their question accurately with what the Bible has to say about what was asked, then what's the difference between that and someone pasting something from an article that tells people about the health risks involved in a behavior that the Bible says is sinful in regards to it being considered a ';rant violation';.

Both are authoritative warnings in response to a question about the need to change or face future consequences, are they not?If someone just copy/pastes all the condemning bible text they can find, is that considered a rant violation?
In the religion and spirituality section, in particular questions directed at Christians, the Bible becomes a primary resource for answers.

So no. Bible Text are not considered rants in this section.

Acts 19:18 - many came to orally confess sins and divulge their sinful practices. Oral confession was the practice of the early Church just as it is today.

Matt. 3:6; Mark 1:5 - again, this shows people confessing their sins before others as an historical practice (here to John the Baptist).

1 Tim. 6:12 - this verse also refers to the historical practice of confessing both faith and sins in the presence of many witnesses.

1 John 1:9 - if we confess are sins, God is faithful to us and forgives us and cleanse us. But we must confess our sins to one another
The fact that they actually take the time to ';DEVOTE'; to copying and Pasting the word of GOD signifies to me that they have an interest in learning more about GOD.....That is actually a good thing considering that you have many, many people who attend church just to be sociable and not care the least in picking the Bible up and trying to understand who GOD really is.....Jesus said that You would recognize my people by their FRUIT.....
you're so mean, cold, narrow-minded and resentful. You've never answered Christian questions respectfully, and you never read the Bible! Therefore you will never understand.
Depends upon how he phrases the ';question'; It could be valid, using information to contextualize your question for those who answer.
The Word cuts like a two edged sword. Really that would be a bit of a rant unless someone was asking a question that warranted that response.
That's annoying, but I find it worst when 2 or 3 people copy the same thing to answer the same question without reading the answers first!!!
It should be.

Or, at the very least, a ';stop annoying other Yahoo users'; violation.
I call it scriptural vomit.

Ask for too much evidence or facts and they get sick and vomit scripture.
Most likely, but if it is relevant, it is not a rant.
I consider it evidence that they lack the ability to think for themselves.
no violation if it answers the question.
They are just helping you out since you obviously don't care to read it for yourself -- God Bless !
Do you want to a study on what group posts the most Bible texts.

Seriously?
Yes. report it.
