What do you think about this rant on conservatives?

You conservatives is the reason why Usa has a messed up history full of warfare. Right wingers are thirsty for wars. So don't blame us for wanting peace. Okay what about after ww2? Usa was the ones starting conflicts or getting involved. The country was not smart enough to declare neutrality. Plus Usa would not have been in that mess had it declared neutrality even before ww1 but guess what the right wingers fought?What do you think about this rant on conservatives?

i get that if someone doesn't stand up to TRUE EVIL in the world even the ';neutral Swiss and swedes'; would have been taken over. world politics isn't like playground games. you cant be touching home base and be safe from getting tagged.......What do you think about this rant on conservatives?

I'm really glad you posted this question because I really enjoyed reading all the answers. I hope you did too, and also learned something. If our school system still taught American history, you would not have had to post you question here; you would already have your answer. So it's not really your fault. You do know we were neutral prior to WWII, and the left wing got us into that war (and truthfully we needed to be in that one). The left made the UN which has been using us as its private army for years. Oh yea, let's not for get Kosovo and Mogadishu under Clinton. You facts are greatly scewed.

Actually, it was the Japanese who got the US into WWII. If Pearl Harbor had never happened, there's no way Roosevelt would've had the support needed to delcare war on the Fascists and Britain would probably have fallen sometime in the mid 1940's if not sooner.

Up until 1990 or so, if we'd sat back, much of the world would be under Soviet rule. Please do some reading about the Cold War.
