My Rant just randomly shut off. When I turned it back on it was in safe mode and I lost every contact that I have. Plus I cant call or text or do anything with it. Does anyone know how to fix this. It is greatly apreciated. Thank you.How can I fix my Samsung Rant?
I had a customer come in last week with the exact same thing that happened! So we had to exchage out the Rant for a new one. If you are within your 30 days, you can usually get it exchanged with no problem. ITake it into Sprint, it is a software defect within the phone. Usually they will just exchange it on the spot. Then Sprint can transfer your contacts from your previous phone (before you got the Rant) to your new one.
